LOS ANGELES—The judge in the case apparently agrees that this is one celebrity sex tape lawsuit filed in earnest. On Monday, Los Angeles Superior Court judge James Chalfant issued a temporary restraining order barring Ojani Noa, the ex-husband of actress Jennifer Lopez, from distributing a movie he is peddling in Hollywood that apparently contains racy footage of the couple taken during their 1997 honeymoon.
Lopez filed the $10 million lawsuit Friday against Noa, whom she was married to for only 11 months, accusing him breaching a prior confidentiality agreement by shopping around a proposed movie called “How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The JLo and Ojani Noa Story,” which features home video that purportedly contains sexual situations shot in their hotel room during the honeymoon.
According to ABC News, Noa, who works as a chef and model, showed up to the hearing Monday without an attorney, but was not deterred by the judge’s ruling.

His 1st apology on his blog was type right away after the VMA’s in all caps and did appear not to be to sincere and was removed pretty quick and replaced with a new one saying:

He also appeared on the Jay Leno show and stated he was ashamed of his VMA outburts.
Leno asked him what he thinks his Mom would have said about his out burst, and again not many people are taking to West appearing to now admit he has not dealt with losing his mother well and that may have been some type influence of his erratic behavior(and as some type of defense to his action and his emotional state behind that), some question the timing of now, why mention that now when you have made the biggest ass of yourself you could have and have even been called ass by the President of the US Barak Obama (Obama surely to get some kinda heat for that even if was off the record)as reported by the story here at Obama “Kanye is a jackass”

I’m not going to say Kanye was in the right in why he did what he did in defense of what he thought was slight to Beyonce. I’m not gonna say Beyonce was in the right or wrong for not really appreciating his seemingly defense of her as some have said she should have…Beyonce’s actions were those of class and that’s all I will say ion that aspect.
In the end it was a award show, many stars, and talent at those shows I am sure have been upset they may not have won a award they they they deserved but in the end it’s just a award and awards have never been why fans love a particular talent nor have they been a must receive to fuel any stars future in the business, those things just look good sitting on the mantle on display but otherwise mean nothing in the end and you can bet next year at this time most folks have to look up who won cause they won’t remember any way!!
