CHATSWORTH, Calif.—Online stories that popped up overnight reporting Katie Morgan had been arrested were completely fabricated, Morgan tells AVN.

“I woke up to a barrage of phone calls and emails from concerned friends … I have no idea where it came from,” Morgan said. “It’s better than I’m dead, I guess, if you’re going to get a rumor.”

The most “comprehensive” of the reports, posted at divaa.com read, “Katie Morgan presented at Douglas County Jail on following charges: Escape II, tampering with evidence, resisting arrest, interfering with police, carrying a concealed weapon and illegal possession of marijuana.”

“I love their random and generic ‘Douglas County,’” Morgan laughed. “How many of those are there?”

Morgan put the rumor to rest on her own Twitter account, as well, posting, “Hahaha! Just woke up to find out I was arrested last night ROFL good times with bad reporting, for the record I am home safe and warm in bed.”

“We’ve now seen the footage that has been so much in the news lately, we’ve reviewed it and we are ready to negotiate with Carrie,” said Steven Hirsch, co-chairman of Vivid, adding, “we look forward to contacting Carrie and forging a business relationship with her.”

“The footage we saw is a series of very graphic and hot clips,” Mr. Hirsch said. “Let’s just say that she appears to be totally enthusiastic and is thoroughly enjoying herself. Carrie says the tape was ‘the biggest mistake of my life.’ That may be, but she can take this mistake and turn it into cold, hard cash. I’m more convinced than ever that this could be our best-selling Vivid-Celeb tape.”

Mr. Hirsch said that the third party that brought the tape to Vivid affirmed that she was over 18 years of age at the time it was made.

In May of this year Vivid made its first offer to Prejean of $1-million to make a movie with the company after her controversy with the Miss USA Pageant. Last week, the studio renewed its offer based on the discovery of her sex footage and the realization that she was comfortable having sex before a camera.

The Prejean movie would be distributed under the Vivid-Celeb imprint, which is known for titles starring such personalities as Shauna Sand, Kim Kardashian and Ray J, Jimi Hendrix, Vince Neil and others.

Judge Issues TRO Barring Distribution of J-Lo Sex Tape

LOS ANGELES—The judge in the case apparently agrees that this is one celebrity sex tape lawsuit filed in earnest. On Monday, Los Angeles Superior Court judge James Chalfant issued a temporary restraining order barring Ojani Noa, the ex-husband of actress Jennifer Lopez, from distributing a movie he is peddling in Hollywood that apparently contains racy footage of the couple taken during their 1997 honeymoon.

Lopez filed the $10 million lawsuit Friday against Noa, whom she was married to for only 11 months, accusing him breaching a prior confidentiality agreement by shopping around a proposed movie called “How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The JLo and Ojani Noa Story,” which features home video that purportedly contains sexual situations shot in their hotel room during the honeymoon.

According to ABC News, Noa, who works as a chef and model, showed up to the hearing Monday without an attorney, but was not deterred by the judge’s ruling.

Do you feel Kanye West can recover his appeal as a talent with his now admittedly huge gaff at the VMA’s as he now try’s to save some kinda face.

Folks have not been to kind in their thoughts on his actions and I heard some radio stations like Power 96 in Florida have banned playing his music. Is that to drastic and called for?

His 1st apology on his blog was type right away after the VMA’s in all caps and did appear not to be to sincere and was removed pretty quick and replaced with a new one saying:

I feel like Ben Stiller in “Meet the Parents” when he messed up everything and Robert De Niro asked him to leave… That was Taylor’s moment and I had no right in any way to take it from her. I am truly sorry.”

He also appeared on the Jay Leno show and stated he was ashamed of his VMA outburts.

Leno asked him what he thinks his Mom would have said about his out burst, and again not many people are taking to West appearing to now admit he has not dealt with losing his mother well and that may have been some type influence of his erratic behavior(and as some type of defense to his action and his emotional state behind that), some question the timing of now, why mention that now when you have made the biggest ass of yourself you could have and have even been called ass by the President of the US Barak Obama (Obama surely to get some kinda heat for that even if was off the record)as reported by the story here at Obama “Kanye is a jackass”

I’m not going to say Kanye was in the right in why he did what he did in defense of what he thought was slight to Beyonce. In the end it was a award show, many stars, and talent at those shows I am sure have been upset they may not have won a award they they they deserved but in the end it’s just a award and awards have never been why fans love a particular talent nor have they been a must receive to fuel any stars future in the business, those things just look good sitting on the mantle on display but otherwise mean nothing in the end and you can bet next year at this time most folks have to look up who won cause they won’t remember any way!!
